I had to push back my list date and Skylar assured me everything would be okay and we’d still get top dollar for my place. My husband and I closed on our new home a little over two weeks ago. Piper was our agent, and she was wonderful! We were in a bit of a challenging scenario. We were moving from DC and wanted to find a good neighborhood without ever having lived in the Atlanta suburbs. And we needed to move quickly to keep our good rate. We’re also both lawyers, so a bit type-A. I appreciated how well Piper (and James!) were attuned to the Atlanta market, flagging things of interest for us (like potential commutes, for example). Lastly, Team Toth’s connections in Atlanta are unmatched! Our inspector was great. I’ve already used several contractors/vendors from their handy list of local vendors. Everything that would have taken a ton of time to set up on our own came easy to us because we had Team Toth in our corner. I wish I could buy another house with Piper and Team Toth. Unfortunately, Piper helped me find my dream home, so I won’t have the chance! 10/10 would recommend!!

We sold our house with Denice and James (Toth Team) in Jun 2025. We are very happy with their effort. From pricing it right for the market to attract multiple bids in a slightly softening market, using their book of contractors for staging to minor repairs. They sold the house over the asking price within a week of going live, while overpriced properties in our community had been sitting on the market for some time.
