We understand how important your transaction is, and we have over 40 years of collective experience navigating our clients through thousands and thousands of transactions. While we know those waters might be unfamiliar and sometimes rather confusing to our clients, the good news is - they are neither unfamiliar nor confusing to us.
We believe in the Team concept. We are far better together than we are alone. We are a team of 5 full time Realtors and 2 administrators, allowing us as Realtors to do what we do best - negotiate and handle your transactions, focusing on you - while our team handles the behind the scenes paperwork and scheduling. We each personally have a hand in every single one of our clients transactions, preventing even the smallest detail from falling through the cracks.
We have fun in the process. We are high energy and high touch - we still believe that sometimes the best way to do business involves human interaction. While we are an incredibly high-tech company, we at Team Toth still value the importance of human interaction. People do business with folks they know, like and trust. Since 2002, we have earned the respect of thousands of local Realtors, who would not hesitate to do business with us again...and they do.
We prioritize communication. We understand that our clients can handle good news, and can handle bad news - but they cannot handle no news. We are not a team who sticks a sign in your front yard and you don't hear from us again...we make it a point to communicate with our clients every step of the way.
We are 100% referral-based. You won't find us spending our marketing dollars on billboards and signs. We choose to spend our time and money marketing via networking, social media advertising and promotion, and email/text marketing. Only in doing the very best we can, in every single transaction, do we earn the referrals of our clients. Our clients appreciate the work we do for them, and, in turn, they tell their friends and family about us. That is not something we take lightly, and each and every referral is treated with the same importance and care as the next.
