Selling our home, which we built and spent almost 20 years living in, was a tremendously emotional and stressful challenge for us. We knew we needed to find a competent agent that we could trust - something that we approached with a degree of skepticism and doubt that such a human being exists - Deniece stood out for us not only with her track record in our area but also with her persistence and straightforward attitude, which won us over. Deniece is a highly competent and well-regarded real estate professional with the right connections and deep real time knowledge of the real estate market. While being a highly skilled negotiator and trustworthy advisor, she is also easy going and has a great sense of humor. All these traits are so critical in this stressful process. If we were to highlight what was most critical for us, it would be Deniece's flexibility and willingness to adjust the approach to her clients. We are hands on people, and picky about how things are done and who we trust to get them done. Deniece is a great listener and very quickly figured out how to best work together with us. At the same, she focused our overwhelmed attention on the right things needed at the particular point in the process. One noteworthy example (and a great testament to Deniece's customer service and commitment) - we had sold our house and the buyer's home inspector came over to do the inspection while we were out of town. Somehow during the inspection one of our ceiling fans fell from the ceiling mount and was just hanging by the wires spinning round and round. We saw this on our home security camera and called Deniece to let her know. Without us even having to ask, Deniece volunteered and rushed over to our house late at night and safely secured the ceiling fan so it would not fall and cause damage to our hardwood flooring below. Thank you Deniece for your advice and friendship - we could not have done it without you!
