Selling our home, which we built and spent almost 20 years living in, was a tremendously emotional and stressful challenge for us. At the same, she focused our overwhelmed attention on the right things needed at the particular point in the process. One noteworthy example (and a great testament to Deniece's customer service and commitment) - we had sold our house and the buyer's home inspector came over to do the inspection while we were out of town. Somehow during the inspection one of our ceiling fans fell from the ceiling mount and was just hanging by the wires spinning round and round. We saw this on our home security camera and called Deniece to let her know. Without us even having to ask, Deniece volunteered and rushed over to our house late at night and safely secured the ceiling fan so it would not fall and cause damage to our hardwood flooring below.
