Deniece Toth

Deniece, originally from upstate New York, graduated from Michigan State University and moved to Atlanta shortly after. She and James raised their five children in Atlanta’s northern suburb of Johns Creek in North Fulton County, where their children attended all of the local public schools. Still Johns Creek residents, the Toth family is very active in the local schools, governments, business associations, volunteer associations, and chambers of commerce.

With a natural knack for the business, Deniece achieved immediate success in the industry upon beginning in 2002. Named Rookie of the Year, a lifetime Million Dollar Club Member, top 1 percent of agents nationally, and a consistent top five performer not only at her brokerage but out of all agents in Atlanta, Deniece was honored to be named the 2017 Best of North Atlanta’s number two overall realtor.

Her experience is unmatched, but it is her ability to handle all aspects of the industry with the utmost poise while developing relationships and friendships with her clients that sets her apart. The trust that Deniece’s clients have for her is unique and a true testament to the lengths she goes for each and every one of them. James Toth

James moved to Atlanta in the early 1990s after growing up in south Florida and attending the University of Florida. After a long career in corporate sales, James earned his real estate license in early 2015. His background in sales plays a key role in his immense success in the industry, but his willingness to bend over backwards for every single client and home is what makes him as successful as he is.

He is often found in attics, basements, crawl spaces, etc. to help clients and inspectors find every last detail about a home. He is a friend to everyone he meets, and his clients trust him as not only a real estate professional, but as a friend. Since bringing James on to the team, success has skyrocketed, surpassing any goals the team ever imagined possible.

James’ quick learning of the industry and the market is evident in every transaction he works on. He is a true student of the real estate industry and is eager to share this knowledge with all of his clients to help them make the smartest long-term decision when buying or selling a home.

Skylar Chans

Skylar joined our team in 2017 after graduating a semester early, with honors, with a Public Relations degree from the University of Alabama’s Honors Program. After earning her real estate license, she was quickly immersed in the industry that she had been around for years, and hit the ground running.

Poised communication skills and a knack for people have proven successful for Skylar in the real estate business. A natural relationship builder, tireless negotiator and a unique, consistent communicator, Skylar’s clients are constantly appreciative of her going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of a transaction is handled seamlessly.

After growing up in Johns Creek and attending the local public schools, and now residing in Atlanta’s Buckhead community, Skylar is knowledgeable about all of Atlanta’s communities, their unique aspects, and what each offers. Her knowledge of the market paired with a drive for her clients’ success and a unique marketing background with innovative ideas and a special vision for the future is a major contributor to Skylar’s immense success in the industry.
